The fall back on Sunday morning was welcomed with an extra hour of sleep, however since then we have much more night time driving. Accidents at nighttime account for about 50% of accidents.
Here are some things you can do to help with the change:
*Allow about 30 minutes for your eyes to adjust to the dark.
*Make sure to keep all lights(headlights, tail lights, signal lights) clean
*Reduce your speed and the distance between vehicles.
*Make sure your headlights are aimed correctly
