1) Product Specialist
Two positions available
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in finding vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate Lexus and other pre-owned vehicles (includes test drives)
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores achieve or exceed company standards
- Gain knowledge of the terminology of the automobile industry and keeps abreast of technological changes in the products
- Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slips or sales contracts
- Maintain a professional personal appearance reflecting the Lexus culture
One position available
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call from Database to establish appointments for Sales Team
- Coordinate appointments with Sales
- Provide 100+ calls per day to meet daily objective
- Use database to track progress
- Set 7-10 appointments per day
- Requirements
- Personable, dynamic, energetic and ambitious personality.
- Ability to establish quick relationships.
- Organized person with strong time management skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook etc)
- Tenacious follow up skills and strong work ethic
